— It was a difficult game. We knew that Khorezm would fight until the end because they were playing at home. During the game, we also adapted to the artificial pitch. After the incident involving Temurxo‘ja Abduxoliqov last week, we also had to get used to this situation. It inevitably had an impact on the team. But it was pleasing that today we were able to show what we are capable of, put in a good performance and secure three important points.
— What are the plans for the next game?
— Every opponent is different. We will study Bunyodkor. Every new week brings a new opponent and a new system. We know that Bunyodkor are currently in a somewhat more difficult situation. We will host them at our home ground. It is a good pitch, and Bunyodkor will also be able to play good football there. We need to remain organized.
